Hi

Which add-ons do you have installed? They are listed if you type about:addons into the address bar.

It may be the case that one of the ones that you have installed is blocking content on the web page in question preventing it from playing.

I have no add-ons. Forgot to mention that I also disabled the security/privacy options but that didn't work either.

Update. I made an error. I did have Add-ons. uBlock Origen, Enhance for YouTube, RoboForm. What I found - I disabled uBlock and Tracking blocker (on address bar) and the radio broadcast would play. Re-enabling the Tracking blocker stopped the broadcast. Since I had previously disabled the Tracking blocker w/o disabling uBlock and the broadcast still would not play the evidence indicates that there is some interaction between uBlock and Tracking protection.
