I am from the usa, but visiting mexico and i want to have every website i open..open to a united states website. how can i do this??

I am trying to stream tv shows on the fox network and when i go to their page it shows up in spanish and i cant find a way to set a default to always go to english. is there a way?? IF I CLICK ON FOX.COM IT GO’S TO THE MEXICO VERSION FOXPLAY.COM HOW DO I KEEP IT IN THE USA VERSION???? SEE THE ATTACHED:
