I can't play games on Facebook. How do you fix this and why did they delete it?

So what do I do?
Do you mean about Jam City games? I think you need to play those in a different browser until they allow them to work in Firefox. Note that my comments are second-hand from other users; I don't play their games myself.

Yes, you have to.
I uninstalled and can't find the version for windows 10 64 bit, can you help me again please?
I know I am being a pain but it says it did not install, now what? that link did not work
What error message you had, specifically?
did not install
That's the official page, I don't know of other sources for this: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Adobe Flash Player could not be installed. You can troubleshoot your installation with the following resources: Troubleshooting Windows Installation Flash Player Help and Support
You need to go through each step listed there.
Sadly, I can't do that for you.
I want to thank you for putting up with a Southern Girl that knows nothing about computer other than how to turn it on or off. Have a wonderful day!
No biggie, I'm here to help, I donate my time because I believe in that.
I only hope you can solve this problem.
The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.
If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.
Sure do wish Mozilla would allow you to rollback the update. Nothing has worked except for you and I really do appreciate all of your efforts. I am not happy with Mozilla Firefox for ruining my ability to play games. It's not your fault. You are extremely knowledgeable and I appreciate all that you did to help me. Blessings!
Hmm, when I run the Flash installer I usually get both the 32-bit and the 64-bit versions of the plugin at the same time.
If your installer download is a small file, it needs to connect back to Adobe for the full set of files. Sometimes security software can block that.
To download the full installer in the first place, you can try this "latest" link:
http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/latest/help/install_flash_player.exe
That link is legit -- Macromedia was the original developer of Flash and Adobe still maintains that site. Does that installer work any better?

This is what comes up when I try to play the game:
Please note that newer versions of Firefox require you go through a series of steps to activate the Flash Player.
Flash does NOT run on every site automatically any more, it has switched over to Click-to-Play. This delays Flash from starting on a page until you approve it.
With this setting, when you visit a site that wants to use Flash, you should see a notification icon in the address bar and usually (but not always) one of the following: a link in a black rectangle in the page or an infobar sliding down between the toolbar area and the page.
The plugin notification icon in the address bar typically looks like a small, dark gray Lego block. When the page wants to use a blocked plugin, the icon turns red to alert you to the concern.
Do you see the plugin notification icon when you're on the page with the game?
If you see a good reason to use Flash, and the site looks trustworthy, you can go ahead and click the notification icon in the address bar to allow Flash. You can trust the site for the time being or permanently.
But some pages use Flash only for tracking or playing ads, so if you don't see an immediate need for Flash, feel free to ignore the notification! It will just sit there in case you want to use it later.
Edit: Forgot an important word.

This should be a combined installer, 32-bit and 64-bit: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/latest/help/install_flash_player.exe

The page may not have triggered the plugin when it was not able to detect it. After reinstalling the plugin, please try again.
Still no icon, can play some games but not all. Help!
Is the problem with Jam City games? Other users are reporting that even if they have Flash installed and activated, Jam City doesn't allow those games to run in Firefox and instead always links to a developer article.
