I get an error message to send you a crash report every time I try to open Firefox. I can't even re-install because the .exe immediately fails. I tried to add a screenshot image of the pop-up below, but it wouldn't load. Sadly, I had to switch to IE (yuck), so for now I have lost all of my bookmarks, too.

Hello @jtarara,

Just something to try for now, but right click the EXE and "Run as administrator" to see if that works.

In response to the issue about not being able to uninstall, you do not need to open FF to uninstall it. You should do this via the control panel.

hi jtarara, thanks for providing a crash id. this crash is caused by the websense/forcepoint security software that is running on your device. i presume that's in a corporate environment - please get in contact with your it department to make sure that websense is fully up to date, as it has the tendency to crash newly released firefox versions until they adapt accordingly. another option would be to install an esr version of firefox: Old versions of Websense cause startup crashes in Firefox
