I'm going nuts. Whenever I leave the Comcast site open for more than several minutes, the web freezes. Often my entire computer freezes and I can't even close IE. I have to reboot computer. When the freeze occurs, there's an error box that gives me the option to continue, stop script or debug. Most often those options are frozen, and of course I have no idea how to debug the script when I can get into that window. This is getting really frustrating, any advice appreciated. Not a computer genius so hopefully simple solution. Big thanks! danielle

Hi Danielle, I guess comcast is something you need to sign in to and so will not be something we can check for you. Possibly their support site can help you. You could try using an alternative browser on Comcast. Does Internet Explorer work ok on Comcast ?

Note you may leave Firefox as the default browser used day to day and use Internet Explorer only for Comcast if that is a quick and easy solution.

I am guessing from the name of the error message that this is something either generating adverts or tracking your activity. You may find that using an ad blocker helps. Conversely the Comcast site may be fighting some adblocker you already use. Try installing the addon ublock origin does that help ?

Please post back to say how you get on.
