I need to upload material from a digital voice recorder so I can send it to a company that does transcriptions. How?

I have tried this with two transcription companies, working thru their websites, and following all instructions. I "think" I have all the voice recorded materials on my desktop. But when I click on it for the upload, nothing seems to happen. I see no evidence that the recorded material is being uploaded and therefore cannot move forward with their instructions for ordering my transcription.

Separate Issue; Your Adobe software (all of it) is out of date.
