I am trying to scan files into a website but firefox keeps saying I need to add on something please help
I have been trying to get my Canon DR-C130 to scan items into a website but it keeps saying that I need to do an add on and I can not find the add on or not sure if it is the website please help

Are you scanning and saving the file - then uploading the saved file?
Or is that website using a process that would take the "scan" directly and creating a file itself? I never heard of that being done at any websites.

I am trying to directly scan the file into the website and it is saying I need an add-on which I never needed before. I can scan the files into the computer then upload them into the website
Sorry, I have never heard of scanning to a website directly. URL of that website? Maybe one of us can determine which add-on is needed.
"I can scan the files into the computer then upload them into the website" What's the problem with doing it that way? Other than having to do extra steps and the time involved.

I work at a business and I would rather not waste time doing more steps than I need to. I do not know what the add-on is that I need. I'm just confused because it worked before this happened.
I am at a loss.
