Unable to log into a payment account that I never had a problem with before

Invalid e-mail and/or password is the error message I got... the people I make a payment to were able to log into my account so this is a firewall, security thing on my computer. Recently, I have had to "ok" all of my plug-ins and this is strange... there is nothing wrong with my email or password... something is blocking me... thanks

Chosen solution

First clear the cache of any corrupt cookies. Go to about:permissions, look for the site, then click "Forget this Site" Try to login again.

It could also be a corrupt password entry in the Password Manager. Check it out:
