Why did I have to do a reset to keep my printer from using so much ink? Was not able to select "plain paper." Was printing in "Ultra Premium" mode.

My printers (two Epsons) would not let me select <Plain paper> when printing anything, and always defaulted to <Ultra Premium>, which is the reason I've been using a ton of ink for the last several months. What caused that? I finally did a Reset to Basics which took care of the problem, but what created the problem?

hello LesS., you'll probably have to contact epson's support about this issue, since i don't see how this would be related to firefox or mozilla products: support.epson.com

thank you for your understanding
