I can't view the picture of this website. I never have this kind of problem before.

When I open the page information, in the media section, list of URL's, I find an URL that is grey, and describes this URL as (Type - application/x-shockwave-flash) Website: http://www.dm5.com/m175364/#ipg2

This problem happened to Google Chrome as well.

I have also tried using safe mode but it doen't work.

No problem here. If it happens with other browsers as well then you may have other (security) software running that is blocking files.

You can open the Web Console (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer). Check on the Network tab if any content is blocked and has a file size 0 (zero) to see if files are blocked and from what domains.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
