Firefox crashes

Hasn't worked since install. (v.31).

Using a corporate (tied down) laptop, but I have admin rights so program installs. Will not start, even if I remove the profile or start in safe mode. Tried install/uninstall multiple times. Still not working.

Submitted the following crash reports:

bp-71bdb5cb-1f35-4d64-a3b8-461392140815 bp-948d93d9-1933-4df1-8822-cf6ed2140815 bp-5717f059-2122-4716-9afe-23c752140815 bp-dca15319-0d4d-404a-a823-a38f82140815

Would appreciate some help as I can install a work sanctioned version of firefox, but its very old (v24) and my business unit really needs to use the latest version. IT will take months to repackage the latest firefox version! Please help!

hello rsuitor, this crash is caused by the "Digital Guardian" software by Verdasys that is running on your computer. Please see if there's an update available for that program.

Thanks philipp,

That explains why I'm stuck in the older version (24 ESR), and cant get the latest consumer version to run.

I'll check with our IT if there is an update to the Digital Guardian software, or if they can provide a more recent ESR version of Firefox.
