I read this since I first answered this thread. Digital Guardian is enterprise software that is only tested and compatible with Firefox ESR releases; currently Firefox 24.5.0. Future versions of Digital Guardian will have a better error message about this incompatibility, instead of crashing. But since your computer requires this software, you will have to install the Firefox ESR version, or get it from your system administrator.

Hi,
These are the 5 crash IDs:

I found the similar bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1010493
In the bug, it is suggest to use ESR version of Firefox. But I have already tried, it didn't work.

All 5 of those crash reports indicate Digital Guardian dgapi.dll as the cause. Disable that program and see if Firefox will then start properly.
Thanks very much. I would ask our IT to help disable that. But I have another question, is it possible to contact Digital Guardian about this problem because I have seen several people have this problem. As Mozilla's influence, they might pay attention to solve this problem. And fixing the problem is the best solution. Thanks very much.

Actually I have already tried the ESR version and it didn't work either. (As I pointed out in my first reply. )
I tried to remove the dgapi.dll, and firefox successfully started. Anyway, thank very much for the help.
