Hello, my laptop is a HP envy, 64 bit operating syste, x64 based processor. I have Windows 11 Home 25H2 version. Right now I have Firefox extended Support release, 115.390ers (64-bit) and my google email says this is not supported, also some of my credit cards websites won't let me use Firefox either. But I have Windows 11 so I don't understand why it keeps saying I have Window 8. I would like to update to the new version of Firefox that is normal for Windows 11 Thank you for your help. It is not a problem, but I would like to know why did my Firefox app (phone) change its logo and name to "Firefox Preview". Was it me that accidentally activated it?

My start menu is multi-level and sorted. The latest Firefox (154.0) adds a NEW start menu entry for itself at the "programs" level when launched even though it is already entered at a sub-level. This is a NEW problem since earlier versions did not do this. How can I stop this since it confuses and messes up my start menu. OS - Windows 10 with current patches. Using "Classic Menu" to provide better support for multi-level menus.

I have had a problem the last few months with my power/sleep settings in Windows being reset to "Never" and it appears to happen when I get Thunderbird updates. Have I done something incorrectly?

My Thunderbird, from Debian is:

140.13.0esr

I've often wondered what the point of 'extended support release' (I think) really means. It sounds retrograde. Should I switch/upgrade?

On my Ubuntu computer, I find that the New Tab extension does not update like in my Windows computer.

Does the extension update at the same time as on Windows? Is there a way to make Firefox update the extension since going to Extensions does not appear to do that for this extension like those I have installed myself?

When I download an update and restart firefox, it opens a https://www.firefox.com/en-US/whatsnew/ tab. I want it to not do this.

Your last update included a Yahoo signup splash screen. Please remove it in the next update. It is annoying and does not serve any purpose other than ccnect me to Yahoo web mail. If I wanted to use that service, I sign in for it. I am content with using Thunderbird. Or at least give me the option of removing it myself. Thanks.

Desktop picture of my dog goes to black after Firefox updates as I use the mouse to navigate the files on the desktop. Tired of going in and trying to get my picture back.

brought up the computer today and all the email boxes were messed up. had to re-sign in on all of them and some still wouldnt work, some wont send and some wont receive. WHAT HAPPENED!!!! its all messed up all of a sudden, and why does the password saver convert all the passwords to gobbledegook, some encryption, instead of the plain english i put in it????? i cant used that encryption mess to sign in with, i have alot of email boxes and cant remember them all,. how is this going to get fixed???
