I would like to report an issue with the Firefox Add-ons Store.

Recently, I suddenly encountered an "HTTP 406 Not Acceptable" error when trying to access the Firefox Add-ons Store. The store is completely unusable for me right now.

Here are the specific details:

Issue description: I have tried accessing the store on every network available to me, including mobile data, my office wired network, and my home wired network. Unfortunately, I get the same 406 error on all of them.

Timeline and context: Everything was working perfectly fine last week. I was able to search for and install a Markdown add-on without any issues. However, starting this week, it suddenly started returning the 406 error.

Additional troubleshooting:

I am not using a VPN or proxy. However, if I enable a proxy, the Add-ons Store works normally.

There is no antivirus software or firewall blocking Firefox's network requests.

Other websites load normally. Even mozilla.org works fine, but addons.mozilla.org does not.

I have also tried changing to other DNS resolvers, but that did not help.

Could you please help me understand why this is happening and how I can resolve it?

I have a message all time when i wan't to go to a site serious and secure. The message "Code d’erreur : PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR" stop any way to go on and i can't explain this situation. With W10 it was not a problem. Now with W11 i am block. If someoee can tel me how to do please discribe the way to goon. Thank you

I am running into a 414 error that prevents me from accessing account information in Kindle Direct Publishing, has anyone else run into this problem? I log in and get to the home page of KDP ok, clicking on Account opens dialogue box to log in again, and I get 414 error, which KDP help AI says is browser related. I've tried using incognito, turning off VPN, there are no extensions turned on, going directly to the Account Settings link gives same error. I tried using another browser (Safari) and get same error.

I keep getting a connection failed warning and a new Key that blocks connection appeared after the last Firefox update, which I cannot /have not figured out how to remove or cancel

am experiencing the 'fresh new look' error pages, and am rather annoyed that the raw response code isn't displayed on the initial error page, and must click 'learn more...' to reveal the underlying response code. how can i return the error code to the initial error page and avoid the unnecessary extra click to get at that info?

(ps. i can assure you that by obscuring this basic piece of info, it definitely isn't 'making it clearer what went wrong', despite what the 149.0 patch notes claim)

I am trying to log onto the Terminix website but I keep getting an HTTP 400 error on regular tabs. I can get to the website using private tabs. The error says "Headers or Cookies are too big." How do I get past this error?

I have cleared data and cache and the time is correct but I get, Error Code: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR, and will not log in. I have also done a cold, and hot restarts.

I had opened a support ticket #447010 with Mozella support and they told me that they can not help me, and sent me here. I am "dead in the water" so to speak. It appears that since Firefox downloaded update 153.0(20260715202819) I have had many issues that appear to be getting worse by the day, and now I cannot open or run my email app. I have not wrote down all the errors (sorry) but here are a couple: 431 Request Header Fields too large, the application is having trouble connecting to the server, unable to load the email from Mozella support. After the update (153.0) my bookmarks have moved to somewhere, the sign on for my email app has changed ( use to click on the firefox icon on the bottom tool bar and the sign in box for optonline.net would be there. I understand that sometimes updates (new and improved) make changes to what users have use to for years. Now is have a browser that is not functional and needs to be corrected, I trust you can help and get this sysem usable again, because right now it is not usable. I presume if and when you respond to me issues it will be at this location and not an email. Please help. Thank you

I must find a way to disallow this undesirable and very annoying feature. It is always there even after removing all the protection I could. Please help
