Whenever a new email downloads, it pops up in new window, on top of any existing windows, in mime format; after 5-15 seconds, it disappears and everything normal.

Win 7, Thunderbird 24.4. Started about 2 weeks ago.

Update: problem appears to be with AVG Free antivirus. The window pops up in lieu of the email scanner notification. AVG is researching. I don't think this is related or specific to Thunderbird.
