I have no address bar. how do I navigate?

Hit the menu button and it should come up at the top.

Take your mouse and move it all the way to the top of the Firefox window in an empty area at the same level as the tabs, just below the Firefox symbol, Right click. There should be a list of tool bars. Make sure that Navigation is checked. If you are new to Firefox, you should also have Menu checked. Let us know how you are doing.

I think I know how to help you better. If you go to the option where your toolbars are at, then you check the one that is related to the navigation bar.
