how do i uninstall Firefox 24 -

i need someone to call me - spent 2 hours trying to find solution

need answers to the following

how do i uninstall Firefox 24 - it is freezing up my system , cant open emails and such dont like it

want to know what i can key in so that Firefox asks my consent to go ahead and if i say no its NO

this is happening all the time and now i have all kinds of problemos.

Please help me to reinstall an older version and save all my info

I also want to restore my sessions ,, i programed what u said but does not appear to be saving (turned something to false)

On the firefox BAR it does not have the restore previous sessions lit or recently closed tabs - they are light grey - how do i get those to work ,, want my previous sessions restored which were just lost today ,, thank you Jaby jabe6858@gmail.com

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem.


Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.


Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
