Hi, I'm using WinXPsp3. Used FF6 and upgraded (also deinstall and reinstall) FF7. Now scrolling and loading pages is going slow. Downloaded FF7_portable: no problems, FF6 also no problem.

Back to FF6 or is there a workaround?

I had the same problem, but fixed it selecting an option under the "Help" menu that reset FF without my previous personal settings.

I had at least two such personal settings from prior FF versions that worked well until FF6: Checking for new pages each time instead of cache, and another suggested setting to avoid getting the "Page not available" screen.
