sudo apt-get install firefox ubufox

paste above into command line

opening command line: go to last page of joli desktop click local apps click add local apps (top right) click terminal-terminal widget will be added click on terminal and paste above command

credit: http://www.ubuntubuzz.com/2011/03/install-firefox-4-via-apt-get-or.html no need to do the first two commands listed on the website if joli is up to date.
