The Toolbar with "file", "edit", "options" isn't there. How do I make it show up?
The toolbar that has the settings for the program isn't there. It usually has things like "File, Edit, history, preferences, or options" It's not there and i can't change any of my firefox settings because i can't access that toolbar.
