When I am on the backend off my WordPress Blog and trying to save the new Version 3.0, As soon as I click to save the menu FF 3.6.3 just sits there and does nothing, and when I look at Task Manager it is running at CPU: 50% Memory is around 500,000k at worst.

Hello Hugh Fraser,

please get me a Firefox crash report ID (a report ID normally starts with bp-) by following the instructions mentioned in the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) article.

Thanks in advance!

Kind regards, Tobbi Firefox Support Volunteer

Hi Tobbi, Sorry, While reading the article I found out that FF hangs but it doesn't crash out right.

Sorry for the confusion. Hugh

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes). See Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems and Troubleshoot issues with plugins like Flash or Java to fix common Firefox problems

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears. You can use "Disable all add-ons" on the Safe mode start window to disable all extensions. You have to close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit")

Hi cor-el, What ever has been the problem has been all my adds are enabled, may have been a extention that what not install properly or something but all is ok for now, back to a happy chappy :)

Hugh
