Thunderbird - Why Does the Dark theme have black writing on a black background?
I have eye issues so a glaring white background is difficult for me but the theme I used to use the dark mixed system one (or dark one) has black writing when I try to look at details in my 'Tasks' and calendar details, why is this?

If your issue happens in the "New Event" and/or the "Edit Event" windows you are seeing bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2077553 The bug will be fixed in the future update to Thunderbird v160 at the latest. If in the meantime you badly need a workaround please go to this discussion https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1609243
