
Login to account "my name" failed
This error message keeps popping up many times a day and is very annoying. I notice that others are getting the same error message but haven't found a fix for it. See image of the whole error message attached.
The weird thing is no matter which of the 3 options I choose it keeps coming back... sometimes within a few second. Also it doesn't prevent me from getting my email. Really odd. ???
Anyone find a fix yet? Thanks.

I forgot to mention that my partner is getting the same error on his Thunderbird email account so I don't think a repair is the fix.
Troubleshoot Mode is not a repair, it is a test.
Did your problem go away with Troubleshoot?
We both tried the Troubleshoot Mode to no avail. Still looking for an answer. :-(
