Thunderbird has large problems configuring with outlook.com and hotmail.com, does not download the entire email account.
You have a big issue with Thunderbird configuration for email, where Thunderbird does not download the entire mail account for outlook.com emails and hotmail.com emails. What is missing is the following folders: Junk mail, Drafts, Sent, Deleted Items, Archive, Conversation History and Notes. I trouble shooted the Thunderbird extensively using Chatgbt and nothing I did resolved the problem with full synchranisation in the outlook accounts and the hotmail accounts.

Is the account POP or IMAP? Is IMAP enabled in webmail settings?
