Before the server change, we could check our mails with thunderbird. However, after changing the server, when we entered the mail information of the new server on Thunderbird, our existing e-mails disappeared. We need to access our old e-mails. Can you help with this?

The accounts would need to be moved to the new server and then update Thunderbird settings to access it.
