Despite Firefox being downloaded GOOGLE hijacked the searchbar default
On my iPhone Xs MAX I'vedownloaded both Firefox Focus and Firefox as browsers. (I also haveGoogle and a few more.) Focus is fine but not regular Firefox.
My regular FireFox browser displays Google Chrome as the default search engine and I can't get rid of Google from my FireFox--not even if I type in "Firefox.com" into the address bar. . Exasperating that it highjacked my Firefox!

Hi Christie, you should be able to switch from Google to another search engine. Could you try the steps in this article: Change your default search engine in Firefox for iOS. Does that work?
