A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Here is an example. I'm currently browsing Flipboard and I clicked on a link https://flipboard.com/article/tussle-involving-columbus-police-officer-goes-viral/a-DM8XjQ9lQii2lZpzE7HBAQ%3Aa%3A2519641474-1108b90d50%2Fflipboard.com

When the link opens a new tab in Firefox, the video does not load. It's just blank with a thumbnail of other clips on the side and print below where the video would have appeared
