Email on Thunderbird was working; traveled to another state and now not working
I'm a long time user of Thunderbird and frequently travel to a surrounding state with no problem with email. On Friday we traveled and I cannot access my email. I've changed the password with the cable company and still no success. No email access on my cell phone either. No other changes were made to my phone. Any answers?

What are your server settings? If they access the mail server on your home ISP's network with non-secure settings, e.g. connection security = none on port 110 or sending on port 25, it's possible that isn't allowed when you try to connect through the network in the other state. In the meantime, try accessing your account through webmail.
