Unable to setup VPN

I have signed up for Mozilla VPN, and downloaded the installer package. Sign in step to the VPN is next, and was successful. A message asks to return to the VPN app to continue the setup, but apparently the app will not install successfully. Please see attachments. I am not running another VPN although I do have one installed. I have downloaded the installer file several times and run it several times with same results. Thanks for any help. I am running Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit. Mark

Hi there.

The likely issue here is your previous VPN product.

When the Mozilla VPN product is installed it will need to create a set of specific folders on your system where the VPN app data lives. The VPN team has noted that previously installed VPN products can interfere with the download and use of the Mozilla VPN due to those folders conflicting.

The suggestion here would be to full uninstall your previous VPN product. Then make sure you fully uninstall the Mozilla VPN and install it from scratch. If this does not resolve the issue, send another message and we can see what other steps there are to try.
