I got hold of my security Norton they checked it was not them all all of my sites I can get on. went to Amazon support they tried everything and they said it had to be Firefox won't allow me to go on.......all I get is the circle of codes and back to the black dots in the password. how can I correct Amazon said if firefox can't I should install Google Chrome and uninstall firefox. can you help before I have to get rid of firefox
