Some emails were falsely marked as spam. I need to retrieve them from the spam folder and read them. How do i do this, and how do I un-spam them in the future?

They were probably marked as spam by your mail provider (TB uses 'junk', not 'spam'), so you need to whitelist or unblock the sender through webmail, possibly by adding them to the webmail contacts list.
