Ive setup my composition and addressing settings to: Automatically quote the original message when replying and then selected to start my reply above the quote. Ive also unchecked the include signature in replies. However this does not work. When I reply.. it puts the cursor at the bottom of the message with a signature. I also have the Include Signature when forwarded checked.. but it does not include a signature.

This is a fresh install with no add ons or extensions.
