Is Thunderbird using the time of the computer to make a message database? I'm asking because, I'm used to think that the message date and time is recorded on UTC by the server upon getting the mails and not dependent of the computer in use, it may be a little confusing upon time changes. Today i check the time on the computer and it was 2 hours ahead, strange since is updated by ntp servers automatically but i correct it between sending emails. When i did check the sent items i got the last mail before the first one, and the time more than 2 hours apart when in fact it was just minutes. Is there a way to make Thunderbird rebuild the database from the dates on the server or is a personal date that doesn’t have any thing to do with the mail it self?
