I inquired yesterday about how to export or back up mail folders - the import/export tool was suggested. Tried using it to back up with no results - then tried to export the profile file - in doing that it totally wiped out all the files on Thunderbird - I was left with the box to fill in info for a new account - have tried importing the file that showed after exporting but get nothing usable?!? Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated! Cheers, Bill
