Thunderbird does not allow you to add an email account.
I have email account on home.pl but I can't add this account to Thunderbird. Always displays the same error. I am sure that my password is correct because I can log in to the postmail via the website poczta.home.pl.
I've tried all possible configurations.
Please, help...

In second image: 'User name' for incoming and smtp :
You currently only have the first part of email address, so this needs to be changed. 'User Name' needs to be the full email address.
It's very very strange!
Earlier I did as you said, and still not worked, but now after reboot, it started working. Thanks!
