cannot open thunderbird profile manager in Windows 10
I have two profiles, one personal one for business. Currently, when I click the thunderbird only the emails in my personal profile can be accessed. There is no option to select my business profile. When I enter "Thunderbird.exe" -p in Windows 10, the profile manager does not appear. Thunderbird just opens my personal profile. How do you access the profile manager in Windows 10?

Personally I like to use the profile switcher add-on. It just makes it all so easy.

The downside is you have to install the add-on into each profile to make it available
