Add-on Theme and Thunderbird crashes when I get a message, how can I fix this
Downloaded add-on but Thunderbird crashes when I get an incoming message; reverted back to default theme and Thunderbird still crashes, How can I fix this?

Change the sound played when a new message comes it - to the default setting
the add-on was a theme (MS Office 2003 JB edition) and the latest Thunderbird was upgraded; I received several emails and at the same time Thunderbird crashed (and has crashed ALL DAY). I removed the theme, restart Thunderbird and my computer and still the issue, Thunderbird crashing when I receive incoming emails.
At every crash, I submit a crash report requesting HELP.
What's a another solution?
Change the sound played when a new message comes it - to the default setting - at tools > options > general
