I accidently removed no script from the toolbar, how do I restore it?
I cannot find any way to restore the icon to the toolbar though the extension is still installed.

Look for it in the Customize palette:

When you find it just drag it to the toolbar, or use Reset Defaults at the bottom of the Customize display.
