Is there a way to schedule the Junk filter to run periodically?

I give up on TB moving my Junk to the Junk folder after tagging it as such. A Google search shows this as a problem stated hundreds of times for years. TB does a good job, but only moves about 10% of what it tags as Junk to the Junk folder. Yes, I know about all the configuration boxes, etc; it is set up fine, just doesn't work. But if I manually select to run the Junk filter, it does fine. I have tried the trick of an email filter to look for the Junk tag after mail arrives; doesn't work either.

So what I am looking for is an add-on or other solution that will periodically just run the {Tools > Run junk mail controls on folder} at a selectable frequency, say once per minute.

I don't know if this solves it, but I haven't had any problems. I have a single junk folder under Local Folders were all my junk should go.
