The email is a security measure, in case someone hacks into your sync account. You probably only get that email once for every time you use a new device with sync, so don't worry about it because you only have 2 devices you use Firefox on, correct?
If you don't want to use Sync
- about:preferences#sync
- Go there and press [Disconnect] from all the devices you use, if you are logged in.
