Let's continue in your earlier thread here: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1077487

Mozilla being a open source company does not have the resources needed to staff a call center for one on one phone mail or chat support of Firefox and other products and projects they work on.

As for you comment about a CEO leaving, please do not assume without knowing the facts. Brendan Eich who basically helped start Mozilla was not fired nor let go, He decided to step down reluctantly (as he said he was not the day before) as his way of helping Mozilla due to the sheer hatred that was being directed towards him and Mozilla after he was promoted by Mozilla board from CTO to CEO all due to that one donation years earlier to be against gay marriage. Mozilla board knew about his donation as it was public due to California law. Yet many people assumed wrong that Mozilla did not know about the donation before and also assumed that he was a outside hire and was fired, when Mozilla actually wanted him to stay whether back at his CTO job or in another capacity. Actually some of the lgbt employees at Mozilla who supported/accepted him in new position as CEO had it worst as they even received death threats for doing so.

Did not want to take your other thread off topic.
