My inbox is not aligned to the message i open. The message that opens is the one directly below the message I want to open
I use Thunderbird. When I attempt to open an email in my inbox, the email that opens is the one directly below the email I want to open. This problem repeats for all the emails in my inbox. However, when I open I open my Thunderbird account on my iPad, I don't have the problem.

Sounds like this might be an indexing issue.
right click on Folder and select 'Properties' click on 'Repair folder' button. Select another folder and then reselect Inbox to force a refresh.
