I lost my tool bars, exept for one. How do I get them back?
Until the other day, I had three tool bars on my page. I had various sites, which I frequently visit, there for my convenience. This includes ebay, wikipedia, youtube, mlb, etc. When my system crashed, and I finally got back on, all of these were gone.

Please try this: On the left of the beginning of the address (www.) on the address bar there is an icon. Right-clicking that will bring up a list of the toolbars including the bookmarks toolbar. Clicking on a name will toggle it's visibility.
If it's a third-party toolbar it could also be that it is disabled.
I tried that, it made no difference.
