I am using a new laptop. I used to be able to drag and drop a webpage into the bookmarks toolbar at the top of the page but I simply cannot find anything on the firefox website. Honestly? The website is pretty confusing to a new firefox user who isn't familiar with firefox lingo! Should be pretty easy to find this but its not!

You don't have to add anything, you can do that with the default Firefox features.

You need to drag the website image (Favicon) from the Location Bar or from a Tab. Dragging the URL / web address did work in Firefox 3.6 and earlier versions, but not anymore - that slight change was made in 4.0.
