you tube-can hear sound but the video is blank-since last update?

I can open you tube and play videos, but the picture 'whites out'? This has only happened since last update of Firefox? I am using Windows XP service pack 2 (can't update to 3 as don't have original disks) but am all up to date with the updates. Also for your info, when I click on the blank space the video pauses (wherever I click) and when I click again (anywhere in white space again where video should be), it will start playing again..... Thanks for reading, hope you can help!

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

You can also try to disable the hardware acceleration in the Flash Player.
