Website unreachable by firefox
Safari has no problem with https://meijer.com, but Firefox flags it as untrustworthy and won't let me connect. I am using Avast! antivirus. Brave browser also works. I am using 124.0.1. I see there is a 124.0.2. I'll try that next.

It works for me without Avast.
Try changing DNS over HTTPS (DoH) to "Off" or "Max Protection" and in Connection Settings change "Use system proxy settings" to "No proxy".
Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
This server has limited protocol support and doesn't support TLS 1.3:
