Trouble signing in to two websites I use, if I use Firefox 6.10

I have used Firefox for many years, on a Windows 10 64 bit desktop with DuckDuckGo Search engine. Two websites I subscribe to will not let me use firefox to sign in using Firefox. However Microsoft Edge allows me to sign in. WHY do I have a problem using Firefox?

Do some of my settings need to be changed?

PS Also why is it so difficult finding the version # ? this used to be using the about option and I can't find that anymore.
