Anybody know how to fix this problem?
I am sending from another account but this error message is referencing another account as well.

For anyone to suggest a fix, you need to be explicit on what is happening. is wrightenterprises you? Who is store232? Is that another of your accounts? Are both accounts on same computer. Do you have separate incoming and outgoing servers for each ( a total of four server setups)? When you say you're sending from another account, do you mean a third account than these two? Thank you.
This problem started about 2 weeks ago.
I was sending an email from store232 and the error message has information on one of my other accounts in thunderbird Wright Enterprises
Yes I have thunderbird on my Gateway PC with all my email accounts listed.
I don't have any other problems with any of the other accounts.
I am using the beta version but unable to find out which version # I am using, don't know where to look.
I have included 2 screen shoots on both accounts.
The screenshots show you're using the same smtp server for both. that explains your problem. Change the description name on each smtp server and it will be easier to assign the right ones. You can verify the version by clicking help>about.
Ok, changed the description and changed Authentication method to Normal password. Everything was working last night, both of my emails prompted me to enter the password again and was sending emails from both accounts. Now this morning, I am getting this message >> See attached
I suggest changing connection security for smtp from ssl to startlls
Got this message this morning. See attached. It works for the day and the next morning has a problem.

Okay, I'm getting confused. all was working in your prior post, at least for a day. Is this error you posted for store 232 or another account? The setting appears to be correct.
Yes. I made the corrections you suggested. It works for the rest of the day. The next day I get an error message. Don't know. I like this program. I send email, I am guessing they are getting it but no conformation in sent mail that it was sent. When I get the error message, I select "send later" and in the morning I close the program and reopen it and get the message you want to send saved email and I select yes.
The only two email accounts that are happening is 2 of the 3 most important accounts I have.
