Unable to use arrow keys in website's full-screen mode

I am on a comic reading website and the website has a fullscreen mode that doesn't function for me.

This is an example chapter of a comic. After you go to the page, try pressing F and it would say that the website is now in fullscreen mode. Try using the up and down arrow keys. Those aren't working for me. The right and left are working for some reason, just the up and down arrow keys don't work.

I have turned off caret browsing, it didn't help, problem still persists. I've tried disabling all my extensions, so it's not the work of an extension. I have tried recreating this problem in other browsers, issue only appears when using Firefox stable and Firefox Nightly. I've tried clearing the browser cache, still didn't help. I've contacted the website developers, they have said that it's a problem from my end.

I think that in full screen mode it fits by height and width unless you made changes via the menu in the right panel. When I disable the fit to height then I can use the mouse wheel to scroll down, but I think that it is easier to make the pages fit.

Sadly, that is not how it works for me. This is what I'm trying to figure out. My Firefox is possibly bugged. And I'm certain that it's Firefox itself because the problem occurs in safe-mode as well.

Just an update: The problem I was having somehow resolved itself on it's own, and then on the next Nightly update it came back. I was using the Nightly 108.0a1 (20221028094453) version and then the problem stopped happening. It was like it never happened. Then I saw a notification for an update. I had a gut feeling that it will be bugged again if I update it. I took the chance, I updated it to the current version Nightly 108.0a1 (20221029095010) and the problem started happening once again. This is definitely a bug that only I am encountering, and I don't know how to fix it.
