Hi
I think that it is best to create a thread on the Contributors forum about this and add [ATTN: ADMIN] at the start of the subject line to get the attention of an administrator.
I assume that the old account is still an old SUMO account and not a Firefox Account at this time?

You may have to wait until Monday because during the weekend an administrator might not be around.
